Payment Details

All orders from SunnyCoast ArtsnGraphics are made to your personal specifications and requirements. Therefor, payment is required before we commence your order .
Payment can be made  either through our secure online shopping (paypal) or by direct bank deposit. If you wish to pay via direct bank deposit, please contact us for the

payment details. When paying via bank deposit, please enclude your name in the description section.

 

Pre Approval

Prior to commencing your order,an artwork proof will be forwarded to you for approval. This gives you the opportunity to review the content and approve the design/style
prior to us commencing work. We will complete your order once your approval has been completed & returned . Please include your Name - email address - and phone
number on your returned form. Please note that some colour variations may occur between different computer screens, or the images you supplied, and the finished product. 
Unfortunately these minor changes are unavoidable due to technology limitations .

Postage and Delivery

Your items are sent using both Australia Post when availble and by Courier service depending on the situation. Please note that parcels may be left at your address when you
are not at home. Should you  not want your parcel left, please advise us of this at the time of your order. We take great care with our packaging, to ensure there is no damage
to your items. In the unlikely event of any damage by third parties, we can not be held liable for such damage.

Turnaround Times

We will always endeavour to complete your order as quickly as possible after receiving your returned artwork approval form.  Please note that after completion you will by notified
of shipping details by email. Remember to order your items in adequate time as occasionally postal delays may occur. Please select Express Overnight Post if you require urgent
delivery of your item.
